The Adult Choir will take a well deserved hiatus August 6th through Labor Day weekend and resume regular rehearsals Wednesday, September 5th. At that time the choir will begin working on their Christmas music and music for our church’s 48th anniversary,
Sunday, September 23rd.
Andrew Nelson, the Slide Factory, David Sisk and the Men’s Ensemble are preparing special music for the 10:30am worship services August 12th through September 2nd.
The August Ensemble rehearsal schedule is as follows.
- Men’s Ensemble Wed, August 29 6:00pm
- The Ladies’ Ensemble will resume regular rehearsals in
- September.
Our Handbell Choir will resume rehearsals in September on Sunday afternoons at 5:00pm in the choir room. Please contact John Thompson if you are interested in joining our group.
The Music Ministry wishes to thank the Deacon Body for the time and effort in organizing the annual July 4th Deacon’s Picnic. We also express appreciation to the Peninsula Concert Band and Sally Craig for the wonderful concert of patriotic music. We look forward to next year’s event. Thank you Deacons!
