The second J-1 VISA cookout of the summer is on June 28 at the Pineapple Inn. Sign up to bring food and help at www.perfectpotluck.com – Type in Bolt for the coordinator name and whbc as the password.
Notes:
- Bring chairs if you wish to sit
- Set up is 5:00 pm
- Grills should be hot and ready by 5:30 and grilling should begn NLT 5:45
- Please deliver your food by 6:30 and NLT 6:45 pm.
- Consider food containers that do not need to be returned, otherwise mark your items clearly with your name.and designate someone to return them if you cannot stay.
- Consider providing your own drink so there will be plenty for the guests.

I am interested in helping donate grilling tools and graham crackers if needed. I won’t be attending, but I wish to help. Is there a way to bring these items to the church sometime this week? Please let me know as well as what items are most needed. Thanks!

Thanks for your willingness to assist. The easiest way to assist would be to drop off your supplies at the Pineapple Inn with the manager (Amy). If it is more convenient for you to drop the items off at the church, you are welcome to do so during our normal office hours.
