- Agape Class
Mostly married coupes and married attending without their spouses ages
50 to 70. The class uses Formations literature
and is led by Gail Jenner and Arnold Walton on a
rotating basis. Meets in the Fellowship Hall.
- College and Career Class
William and Mary undergraduates and graduate students. Pat and Allan
Wright teach using Formations. Meets
downstairs in the adult Sunday School department. Last room on right.
Room B7
- Discovering the Bible Class
A class of adults, 30s and 40s, mostly married couples with children
but some singles and married attending without spouses. Amy Colley, Danner Neal and Charlie Spratt rotate teaching. Class uses Formations.
The class has 15-20 attendees and meets downstairs in the adult Sunday
School department, second room on the left. Room B2
- Nuts and Bolts Class
A class of adults in their 30's through 60's. Dave Bolt teaches the
class using Formations
combined with video clips from recent and classics movies. It is a small class of
singles, married, and married attending without spouses. The class is
downstairs in the adult Sunday School department, last room on the
left. Room B4
- Koinonea Class
Roz Stearns and Tom Butler will be co-teaching using the Formations series. Class
is made up of couples, singles, and those attending without spouses.
Ages 50-60. It is a medium sized class, approximately 10 to 15 people.
The class meets upstairs in the first room off of the fellowship hall. Room F3
- Mitch Thomas Class
This class was formed last year to encourage church members not currently active in Sunday School to become involed. Mitch Thomas and Alice Erickson facilitate discussion on a range of topics Currently the
Formations
sereis is being used. Class meets downstairs in B1 and is open to adults of any age.
- New Day Bible Study Class
Class has a mixture of married couples and singles. Wide age range from 50's - 70's. Studies from Lifeway material are led
by Noel Veden, Tom Bray, and John and K.J. Proctor. Class meets downstairs
in the adult Sunday School department. Room B3
- Parks Class
Couples, singles, and married attending without spouses, ages 30-55.
Pete Parks leads using Formations and other
materials in a discussion-style class.This class meets
downstairs in room B6.
- Ruth Class
Ladies class, ages 60 and up. Married, single, and widowed. This class
uses Lifeway material and is taught by Lois Browning, Page Garrett,
and Page Garrett. Meets upstairs off of the fellowship hall, room F1.
- Young Adults
The class was started again this September to encourage "home grown" young adults to reconnect with Sunday School and to provide a place for those who have just graduated from high school. Class is open to young singles or married couples. Vickie Reining is the teacher. Class meets downstairs in room B5
