Walnut Hills has been using TouchPoint Software as a tool to help church leaders and church members stay engaged and connected. Now is a great time to create an account and verify that the church has good contact information for your family.


How to get started

  1. Open a web browser and go to the church website (https://www.whbconline.org)
  2. Click on the Member Login link on the website menu under Connect
  3. Use the login screen to create an account by providing an email address that Walnut Hills has on file. TouchPoint will send you an email to establish your account.  This email will allow you to set your password if you click on the link within 24 hours.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a password.

You can also manage online/print subscriptions to The Crier, and the Wednesday Prayer List. You can also opt-in to receive text messages from the church on your mobile phone. Once you have established a TouchPoint account, go to https://www.whbconline.org/manage-preferences/ to manage your subscriptions.

You can also upload family pictures and individual photos to help church staff and leaders to be able to put a name with a face.  Note:  For those of you who were in the 2015 church directory, we used your directory photos to create family and individual photos.  To upload an Individual photo, click on the Edit Picture button to upload your photo (use a head and shoulders shot for best results).  To upload a Family photo look for the Add Family Picture button.
